Role Title: Thermal Manufacturing Technician
Ready to operate advanced machinery that transforms raw inputs into superior products? This role invites you to employ precision and expertise in running multiple thermal presses.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct preflight safety assessments and maintain a clean workspace with 5S practices.
- Oversee the operation of 3-5 presses per session.
- Execute detailed quality control checks.
- Log accurate data in the ERP system.
Your Daily Routine:
- Decode and implement the production agenda.
- Aim to smash standardized performance targets.
- Skillfully operate various presses.
- Document and analyze production statistics.
- Conduct frequent quality evaluations.
- Identify and sort defective wheels accordingly.
- File away any raised mold lines.
- Categorize molded wheels correctly.
- Complete shift duties efficiently, adhering to 5S practices.
- Follow organizational protocols diligently.
- Undertake any other duties as needed.
Role Prerequisites:
- Capacity to stand or walk for ten-hour shifts over four days weekly.
- Able to lift up to thirty pounds.
- Strong foundational reading and comprehension.
- Epicor knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Educational Background:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
