Description

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Thermal Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal management solutions for various systems and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thermal analysis and simulation using CFD software tools 
  • Design and develop cooling solutions for electronic systems and components 
  • Create and analyze thermal models to predict system performance 
  • Perform thermal testing and validation of designs 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers 
  • Document technical specifications and test results 
  • Troubleshoot thermal-related issues in existing products 
  • Recommend design improvements for thermal performance optimization

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in thermal engineering 
  • Proficiency in thermal analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, FloTHERM, or similar) 
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and thermodynamics 
  • Experience with CAD software • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in related field 
  • Experience with electronics cooling 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes 
  • Experience with thermal testing equipment 
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
