Temporary UAS Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary UAS Support Specialist to assist our technical support department. This position will focus on managing support inquiries, maintaining accurate ticketing records, and assisting with routine customer communication to help ensure timely service. This is a virtual role supporting a team based in Forsyth, GA.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the shared support inbox and route inquiries appropriately
Log emails, shipping updates, and customer information into RepairShopr
Maintain accurate ticket status updates and documentation
Assist with sending customer updates, scheduling, and confirmation messages
Support shipping and RMA coordination, including light inventory tracking
Perform data cleanup within RepairShopr (part numbers, ticket summaries, contact information)
Flag recurring issues for review by Level 2 technicians or Solutions Engineers
Identify workflow improvement opportunities and document suggestions for leadership review
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow established processes and maintain clear documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with drones, electronics, or IT service desk environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
Awareness of automation and process improvement tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Excel macros
