Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking to add a Technical Project Surveyor (Measure Tech) to their team.
The Mission: We are a veteran-owned bathroom remodeling franchise looking for a Technical Project Surveyor (Measure Tech) to serve as the bridge between Sales and Production. This is a precision-first role. You are the "Final Inspector" who validates project feasibility, ensures 100% measurement accuracy, and identifies potential site risks before we order custom materials.

This is a precision-first role. You are the "Final Inspector" who validates project feasibility, ensures 100% measurement accuracy, and identifies potential site risks before we order custom materials.
Ideal Candidate:
- Retired/Former Building Inspectors or Insurance Adjusters.
- High-end Finish Carpenters or Lead Installers looking to "get off the tools."
- Military Veterans with a background in Site Surveys, QA/QC, or Technical Inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Reconnaissance: Visit residential job sites to perform comprehensive "Wet Area" surveys.
- Precision Measurement: Capture wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling, and plumbing-offset dimensions to the 1/8th inch.
- Digital Documentation: Use our Company Cam software to provide a standardized "Photo Pack" (Ruler-validated measurements, level-bubble shots, and moisture meter readings).
- Risk Identification: Identify subfloor integrity, plumbing non-compliance, electrical obstructions, and other job risks.
- The Hand-off: Complete a digital technical spec sheet that allows the owner to order custom materials and glass with 100% confidence.
Requirements:
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You believe "close enough" is a failure.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using iPads and project management software (One Click Contractor/Company Cam).
- Professional Presence: You are the first face the customer sees after the sale. You must be punctual, professional, and clear in communication.
- Tool Kit: Must be proficient with a laser measure, moisture meter, and a 4-foot level.
- Teamwork: Must be able to work independently in confined environments, work as a team player, and work under time constraints.
Comp/Schedule:
- Job Status: 1099.
- Pay: $75 per Measure Trip.
- Flexibility: Part-time/Contract to start. Perfect for a semi-retired professional.
- Mileage: Standard IRS mileage reimbursement provided.
