As a Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) working in collaboration with Suppliers, Hardware Designers, Commodity Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Data Center teams. You and your team set and manage component quality and reliability standards, drive supplier factory certification audits, and lead component and manufacturing site qualifications. You and your team actively manage sustaining quality, continuous improvements, and ensure lessons learned are actioned back to suppliers and partner teams. You will ensure that your team drives true root cause failure analysis and drives systemic corrective actions with comprehensive preventative actions. Your team extracts and analyzes data from supplier facilities, Google production lines, and our data centers to verify performance and drive improvements. Your key focus areas include Thermals (including liquid), Power, and Networking.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
