Work Schedule: Flexible working hours dependent on availability of various shifts at home athletics events; no more than 20 hours per week.

Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing (2024-2026 school year)

Pay Rate: $7.25 - $10.00

Job Description: 

Purpose: Assist in the communications efforts for Baylor Athletics by photographing various athletic events.
Responsibilities: Photograph, edit and archive (label and organize) imagery.
Qualifications: Experience with action photography, understanding of photo equipment (not provided), availability to work nights and weekends, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools.

• Provide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibility  
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to marketing and communications 
• Support marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly 
• Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively  
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
