Full Time, Office and Field-Based Base Salary + Commission
Cal-Solar is looking for a Solar & Storage Design Consultant who can help homeowners make informed decisions about solar, battery storage, energy resilience, and long-term energy independence.
This is a consultative outside sales role built around in-home appointments, field assessments, proposal development, and customer guidance from first conversation through signed agreement. We are looking for someone who can balance technical understanding, customer communication, organization, and follow-through without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. The right person for this role is comfortable in the field, grounded with customers, attentive to detail, and capable of translating complicated energy conversations into practical next steps people can actually understand.

Managing customer communication and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process
Preparing contracts and obtaining signatures
Supporting smooth project handoffs after the sale
