You�ll be the face of our solar movement�meeting homeowners, creating energy awareness, and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants. What You�ll Be Doing:

• Engage with homeowners in person to educate them on solar energy options

• Qualify potential customers and schedule consultations for our sales experts

• Represent TriSMART Solar in local neighborhoods with professionalism and positivity

• Maintain activity records and performance metrics in our CRM

• Collaborate with team leaders to refine techniques and crush goals

• Stay informed about industry trends to confidently answer questions and spark interest

What You Bring to the Team:

• High energy, great attitude, and a go-getter mentality

• Confidence to speak with anyone and build instant rapport

• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Willingness to learn solar basics (we�ll teach you everything you need to know)

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Perks:

• 1099 contractor position with uncapped earning potential

• Monthly earnings between $2,500�$7,500+ depending on performance

• Commission + bonuses (monthly, quarterly, performance-based)
