If you’ve been in solar long enough to know that most sales teams are slow…
Most leads are weak…
And most managers have never actually closed deals…

This is not that.

We are looking for a Solar Sales Manager who knows how to sell, lead, and produce results.

Not someone learning solar.
Not someone testing the industry.
Someone who has already closed real solar deals.

Important

You MUST have at least 1 year experience selling solar.

If you have never sold solar panels to homeowners or commercial clients, this role is not a fit.

More experience is a strong advantage.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving solar sales and performance.

That includes:

  • Selling solar to residential customers

  • Selling solar to commercial clients

  • Managing and growing the sales pipeline

  • Improving conversion rates

  • Helping build a stronger sales process

  • Working with customers from first call to signed contract

This is a performance-driven role.

We care about results.

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who:

  • Has real solar sales experience

  • Understands objections, financing, ROI conversations

  • Can close deals consistently

  • Is motivated by high income potential

  • Wants to grow into larger leadership responsibilities

If you need constant supervision or slow environments, this will not be a fit.

We move fast.

Compensation

Expected earnings: $5,000 to $15,000+ per month

Structure includes both Salary + Commission:

  • Base salary

  • Strong commission upside

Top performers will earn significantly more.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year solar sales experience (Required)

  • Experience selling to residential and/or commercial markets

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Self-driven and results-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
