Seeking a dependable Laborer to assist with solar and renewable energy installation projects. This role supports field crews by performing general labor tasks, preparing job sites, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist crews with solar panel and electrical installation projects
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support technicians and electricians with basic tasks as directed
- Perform other general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
