Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Solar Assistant Foreman for projects located in and around Depew, NY.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Solar Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• QA/QC
• Material & Warehouse Management
• Learning to Lead Subcontractors

Requirements:

• • Knowledge of Solar Systems or an Electrical Background
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Leadership Qualities and Willingness to Grow with the Company
  • Ability to Handle QA/QC, Safety Protocols, Material/Warehouse Management, and Subcontractor Oversight
