Job Title: Senior Program Integrator (Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS)

Location: Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal)


Crossflow Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Senior Program Integrator (Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS)) to support a critical Department of War (DoW) program focused on C-UAS. This position will play a key role in multi-functional coordination among functional area considerations including engineering, logistics, business, and contracts to support effective program management and ensure successful delivery of weapon system capabilities within a larger system-of-systems architecture. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, critical analysis abilities, and a proven track record of credibility and support.

Clearance: Secret and/or Top Secret/SCI or ability to obtain one

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Duties to include, but not limited to the following:

1. Program Coordination:
• Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and goals.
• Provide comprehensive program coordination in support of the Program/Product Manager's (PM) priorities and the overall Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) mission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, business, and operations, to integrate system components seamlessly.
• Assist in navigating acquisition regulations and statutes to deliver weapon system capabilities.
• Support the PM in understanding, tailoring, and meeting the intent of DoW acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.

2. System-of-Systems Integration:
• Assist in the integration of diverse missile defense and integrated fires systems into a cohesive and effective system-of-systems architecture.
• Work closely with technical experts to ensure interoperability and synergy among different weapon systems and components.

3. Critical Analysis and Problem Solving:
• Anticipate the PM's needs and demonstrate strong critical analysis skills to generate, propose, and implement solutions to both routine problems and complex, high-impact situations.
• Develop strategies to address potential challenges and ensure program success.
• Define and manage program requirements, ensuring they align with mission objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to refine, allocate and update requirements based on Warfighter priorities, evolving threats and technological advancements.

4. Risk Management:
• Identify and assess program risks related to integration, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.


5. Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government representatives, contractors, and internal team members. Key stakeholders include Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), Futures and Concepts Command (FCC), ASA(ALT), Army Staff, ATEC, DOT&E, other Project/Product Offices within and external to PAE Fires, Army Materiel Command, and Army Contracting Command.
• Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and challenges, including Program Management Resource Toolset (PMRT), Monthly Acquisition Reporting (MAR).

6. Financial Oversight:
• Work closely with the finance team to monitor and control program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and reporting requirements.
• Ensure effective contract vehicle access to support mission requirements.


7. Quality Assurance:
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and effective missile defense capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• DAWIA Program Management Level 3 certification.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one. In some cases, Top Secret/SCI may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.) with 18 years' experience or a master's degree with over 10 years' experience.
• Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.

GENEROUS PTO ACCRUAL & FLEXIBLE LEAVE POLICY
Crossflow currently grants 11 federally observed paid holidays. In addition to these holidays, Crossflow offers a minimum of 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) to all full-time employees. Employees may utilize PTO for any reason (sickness, vacation, personal day, etc.) and can carry over a maximum of 120 hours from year to year. Many employees are authorized to work additional hours within a normal, forty-hour pay period. This approval is included in the employee's offer letter for employment.
