At FotoFX!, our mission is to enhance the guest experience by providing top-notch customer service and unforgettable memories. We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our high-energy team as Retail Sales Photographers at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. If you have a positive can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for photography, we want to hear from you!

As a Retail Sales Photographer, you'll work alongside a dynamic team to capture fun, interactive moments and create amazing photos for our guests. We offer a variety of exciting photo and digital packages with vibrant, fun backgrounds, all while maintaining a great atmosphere. Plus, with our attraction open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm (and occasional evening events), there’s always something new and exciting happening!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Learn the art of capturing smiles and unforgettable memories through photography.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest requests and exceeding their expectations.
• Engage with guests from around the world and create lasting experiences.

Requirements:

• No prior photography experience required (we’ll train you on our easy-to-use systems)!
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and contributing to a fun, retail-driven atmosphere.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
