Residential Solar Account Manager (New Construction) - Renewable Energy
 
Position Overview
 
We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Residential New Construction Solar Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales quotas, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solar and battery solutions for residential new construction projects. This position requires technical knowledge, effective client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solar and battery systems into new residential developments.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
✅ Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
✅ Respond to inbound leads and proactively generate new leads through networking and personal outreach.
✅ Consult with builders, developers, architects, and homeowners to design and implement tailored solar and battery solutions.
✅ Analyze home configurations and utility data to recommend optimal energy solutions.
✅ Coordinate and conduct site assessments in collaboration with project engineers.
✅ Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure client agreements.
✅ Maintain and manage leads within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
✅ Work closely with Engineers, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
 
✔ Proven sales experience, ideally in the solar or construction industry, with a focus on new construction projects.
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools; experience with Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, or financial modeling tools is a plus.
✔ Understanding of new construction project timelines and requirements.
✔ Ability to read and interpret architectural and builder plans.
✔ Comfortable with conducting site meetings, using ladders, and working at heights.
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
✔ Willingness to travel to job sites for client meetings and site assessments.

Other Information
 
Salary Range: $68,640 - $90,000 (Base)
