Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is one of the most trusted real estate teams in the Pacific Northwest — and we're looking for a creative, driven videographer to help us show the world why. This part-time role is an opportunity to tell compelling stories about homes, communities, and the lifestyle that makes this region so special.
You'll work directly with our team to plan, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube — content that builds trust, stays top of mind, and reflects the five-star standard we bring to everything we do.
What You'll Create
- Short-form Reels and social clips that showcase listings, team culture, and local lifestyle
- YouTube videos, including neighborhood tours, market updates, and home-buying/selling guides
- Agent spotlight and client testimonial videos that humanize our team and build audience trust
- On-location property shoots and branded content aligned with our visual identity

- Are confident behind a camera and skilled in post-production editing

Core Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Facebook, optimized for engagement and reach
- Produce long-form YouTube content, including neighborhood tours, market updates, and home buying/selling guides
- Film on-location property walkthroughs and listing highlight videos
- Capture agent spotlight videos and client testimonials
Post-Production & Delivery
- Edit footage with on-brand graphics, captions, music, and transitions
- Resize and reformat content for each platform's specs (vertical, square, horizontal)
- Deliver content on time according to a shared content calendar
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage and final assets
Brand & Strategy Alignment
- Collaborate with team leadership to align video content with marketing goals and campaigns
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to monthly content planning sessions
- Ensure all content reflects the Team Kelli Lang brand voice and five-star standard
On-Set & Logistics
- Coordinate shoot schedules with agents, clients, and leadership
- Arrive prepared with equipment, shot lists, and a clear creative plan
- Conduct light interviews or on-camera direction with agents and clients as needed
Experience & Portfolio
- Demonstrated experience creating video content for Instagram, Facebook, and/or YouTube
- Portfolio or reel showcasing short-form and/or long-form social video work (required for consideration)
- Experience filming and editing real estate, lifestyle, or local community content a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut
- Working knowledge of lighting, audio, and stabilization equipment
- Ability to format and export content to platform-specific specs
Content & Platform Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook video, and YouTube best practices
- Familiar with current trends, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive views and engagement
- Basic understanding of SEO for YouTube titles, descriptions, and thumbnails a plus

- Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible part-time schedule independently
