We’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Videographer who knows how to tell a story through the lens — capturing the energy of our brand, our agents, and the homes we represent.


If you have an eye for cinematic visuals, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to bring real estate to life through video, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Film and edit high-quality videos for property listings, agent spotlights, client stories, and community features.
  • Capture content for short-form and long-form platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website).
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on creative concepts, storyboarding, and production schedules.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
  • Manage video storage, file delivery, and version tracking.
  • Handle setup for shoots — lighting, audio, drone, and stabilization equipment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience filming and editing real estate, lifestyle, or brand videos.
  • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Drone operation experience (FAA Part 107 license preferred).
  • Portfolio that demonstrates professional storytelling, attention to detail, and brand alignment.
  • Self-starter attitude — can plan, shoot, and deliver projects on time with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to coach agents through on-camera moments.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and how to format content for each platform


Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of real estate marketing and how buyers connect with visual content.
  • Experience with motion graphics, captions, and branded templates.
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.
