Location: Hybrid / On-Site (Monthly Shoots) – Temecula / San Diego Markets

Compensation: Paid per shoot or hourly (California-compliant)

Native Real Estate is a modern, boutique brokerage focused on high-quality branding, lifestyle storytelling, and agent-first marketing. We are seeking a Photography & Videography Content Intern to support our monthly content shoots, agent headshots, and brand visuals.

This is a paid internship ideal for a student or emerging creative who wants real-world experience in real estate media, personal branding, and content creation.

Bonus points if you also shoot video or are interested in growing your videography skills.

What You’ll Gain

Schedule

• Monthly content shoots (scheduled in advance)
• Occasional additional shoots as needed
• Flexible hours around school or other commitments

Equipment

• Personal camera preferred (DSLR or mirrorless)
• Smartphone video acceptable for some shoots
• Access to additional equipment as needed - including but not limited to lighting/sound, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Photograph monthly content shoots for the brokerage
• Capture professional headshots for new agents
• Assist with lifestyle, branding, and social media visuals
• Support occasional behind-the-scenes content
• (Bonus) Capture short-form video content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts)

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in photography, media, branding, or real estate
• Comfortable working with people and directing light posing
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to attend scheduled monthly shoots
• Driven, creative, visionary, yet open to learning and receiving honest feedback

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Videography experience
• Short-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
• Social media content experience
