Real Estate Photography & Videography Content Intern (Paid)
Location: Hybrid / On-Site (Monthly Shoots) – Temecula / San Diego Markets

Native Real Estate is a modern, boutique brokerage focused on high-quality branding, lifestyle storytelling, and agent-first marketing. We are seeking a Photography & Videography Content Intern to support our monthly content shoots, agent headshots, and brand visuals.
This is a paid internship ideal for a student or emerging creative who wants real-world experience in real estate media, personal branding, and content creation.
Bonus points if you also shoot video or are interested in growing your videography skills.
What You’ll Gain

Schedule
- Monthly content shoots (scheduled in advance)
- Occasional additional shoots as needed
- Flexible hours around school or other commitments
Equipment
- Personal camera preferred (DSLR or mirrorless)
- Smartphone video acceptable for some shoots
- Access to additional equipment as needed - including but not limited to lighting/sound, etc.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Photograph monthly content shoots for the brokerage
- Capture professional headshots for new agents
- Assist with lifestyle, branding, and social media visuals
- Support occasional behind-the-scenes content
- (Bonus) Capture short-form video content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in photography, media, branding, or real estate
- Comfortable working with people and directing light posing
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to attend scheduled monthly shoots
- Driven, creative, visionary, yet open to learning and receiving honest feedback
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Videography experience
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
- Social media content experience
