DAILY WORK:

This photography position is structured as a part-time, on-call engagement. The work arrangement provides substantial flexibility, requiring availability typically for two to three days per week, from Monday through Saturday. The role necessitates travel, with the operational base and work location being on the road, utilizing personal transport for all appointments.

As a part-time Real Estate Photographer and Videographer, you will capture high-quality images and by taking stunning interior and exterior photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, using professional techniques to highlight their best features. You will also conduct aerial and virtual tours by operating drone equipment for dynamic aerial shots and creating immersive 3D virtual tours using Matterport technology, giving clients a unique view of their properties. A key part of your job will be engaging in sales and client consultations, where you will meet with clients to understand their needs, actively promote CLICK's services, and explain the value of high-quality real estate media. Furthermore, you will maintain professional relationships by offering real estate agents and clients exceptional customer service and timely communication throughout every project. Finally, you will execute 3D scans of properties using advanced technology to create detailed virtual tours that enhance the client experience and showcase listings interactively.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER:

• Experience in real estate or vacation rental photography and videography
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 - 3 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
• Eager to join our network of real estate professionals
• Must be able to attach a photo and video portfolio to your application's Resume section

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Sturdy Tripod
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Matterport or 360 camera
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or a newer Android

Experience as a 1099 contractor and/or experience owning your own photography company is preferred.
