The Opportunity:
Rio Grande is seeking an experienced photographer to provide part-time support with product photography, including jewelry. This role will capture and edit high-quality images that accurately showcase product details, colors, and finishes for our website and marketing materials.
Part-time hours are available for the next 4–6 weeks. Following this initial period, support will continue on an as-needed basis, with a flexible schedule coordinated around project needs and availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Photograph products, including jewelry, following established brand and image standards.
- Set up cameras, lighting, and backgrounds to capture clear, consistent images.
- Manage reflections and glare while highlighting product details and textures.
- Edit and retouch images, including color correction, to accurately represent products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines.
- Organize image files and properly handle products and photography equipment.
What You’ll Need:
- Photography experience, with examples of previous work.
- Experience with cameras, studio lighting, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, accurate images.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Availability for part-time work during the initial 4–6 weeks and flexible, as-needed support afterward.
- Jewelry or product photography experience preferred.
