On-Site Photographer and Videographer | Whiteface Automotive Group | Hereford, TX | Full-Time

Whiteface Automotive Group is hiring a full-time on-site photographer and videographer to join our content team in Hereford, TX. We run three brands — Whiteface Ford, Whiteface Customs, and Whiteface Body Shop — and our content has generated over 200 million views across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook in roughly a year. This is a real content operation, not a side project.

What you will do

You will work alongside Jon Galland, the face of the channel, capturing content across the dealership, service bay, and Customs shop every day. The majority of what we produce falls into a few consistent categories — service and repair walkthroughs, truck tips and features, custom build reveals, and customer stories — and your job is to be in the right place with the right shot before anyone has to tell you.

Beyond video, you will handle product photography for completed Customs builds for use on the Whiteface Customs website, and you will photograph customers at pickup — clean, memorable shots they are proud to share and we are proud to post. Customer delivery content is consistently among our highest performing, and the photography that goes with it matters.

You will not be handed a shot list every morning. The expectation is that you know the content well enough to recognize a moment when you see one.

What we are looking for

You can operate a DSLR or mirrorless camera and gimbal confidently in varied lighting conditions — bright West Texas sun, indoor shop floors, and everything in between. Experience with Adobe Lightroom is preferred. You are organized with your files, consistent with your delivery, and you do not need to be chased for updates.

Experience in automotive, commercial, or lifestyle content is a plus. Comfortable being on camera yourself when needed is a plus. You must be able to get to Hereford, TX five days a week. This is an on-site role.

Pay and details

$18.00/hr, full-time W2, paid weekly on Fridays. All gear provided. Performance review at 90 days.
