We are hiring, now, a full time Photographer Operations Manager to take charge of our growing, fast-paced photographer team and to make every School Picture Day a success. We are looking for a strong operational leader who enjoys building, managing, mentoring, growing and leading creative teams.

THE MANAGEMENT LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

• Has 5+ years experience leading large teams
• Is ready to lead and manage a staff of 75+ photographers working at dozens of schools each day
• Exhibits an even-keeled temperament and leadership style
• Thrives in a dynamic and fun atmosphere
• Radiates positivity and a can-do attitude
• Earns the respect of their photographer team and their colleagues
• Can collaborate cross-functionally with the entire organization and play a vital role in keeping our entire operation smooth

• Will be the backbone of our photography operations; staffing, scheduling, coaching, and supporting an incredible photography team

Industry experience is a big plus but not required. We are looking for proven leaders!
