Clark College is currently accepting applicants for part-time Surveying and Geomatics Technology Professors.
This part-time position is an ongoing recruitment in which applications are collected year-round. Applicants must be available to teach the daytime, evening or weekend hours. Positions will be filled as program needs arise.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- Current licensed land surveyor in Washington or Oregon
- Experience in Route Surveying and/or Survey Computation and Platting preferred
- Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with people of all ages, from academically, culturally, and socio-economically diverse backgrounds
Supplemental Information
Salary Statement: Lecture hourly rate is $90.47, and lab hourly rate is $77.27.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history will be conducted which includes a sexual misconduct background check as required under RCW 28B.112.080. Please note that upon being hired, Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) require a Vocational Certification plan be in place prior to the first day of classes. Under the standard specified in WAC 131-16-070 through 131-16-094 Vocational Certification is a condition of continued employment for all professional technical education personnel.
