Description

As an Individual Contributor, this role creates and delivers video and photography that support digital storytelling across multiple channels. The position contributes to content concepts and manages production activities from planning through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. This role partners with marketing colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver effective visual content.



Responsibilities
  • Visual Content Creation: Produces and delivers professional‑quality video and photography for digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand standards and project objectives. Applies creative judgment to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

  • End‑to‑End Production Management: Manages production activities including scheduling, permitting, talent coordination, releases, sourcing props, and preparing equipment. Maintains organized workflows from pre‑production through final delivery.

  • Project Ownership and Delivery: Oversees multiple projects with varying timelines by managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Partners with marketing colleagues and business stakeholders to execute campaigns, events, and community initiatives. Contributes ideas and solutions that strengthen creative alignment and execution.

  • Tools and Continuous Improvement: Uses creative software to produce polished video, photography, and digital content assets. Adopts new tools, workflows, and emerging capabilities to improve efficiency and content quality.

  • AI‑Enabled Workflow Enhancement: Utilizes approved AI tools to support ideation, concept development, illustration exploration, and production efficiency while ensuring responsible, ethical, and brand‑aligned use. 

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in videography, photography, social media or digital content creation, or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and photo work across multiple formats and platforms.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced working knowledge of professional and high‑end consumer camera operation and Adobe Creative Cloud software for video, photography, and digital content production, with demonstrated ability to independently produce polished, high‑quality creative assets. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in content creation, video production, storytelling, cross‑functional collaboration, communication, project management, digital marketing, social media marketing, technology literacy, and customer experience.

  • Additional knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creative judgment, adaptability, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach while working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
