Description

You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Diego, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations by ensuring that machinery is running smoothly and effectively, contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least five (5)  years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in machine operation.
  • Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with quality control processes and the ability to identify defects in products.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to machine operation.

FAA REQUIREMENTS

The salary range for this position is $ 58,190- $72,795. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
