Knowledge Road is expanding our creative team and launching new podcasts! We are looking for a talented, energetic Junior Videographer to help us bring these projects to life. Role Overview:
As a Junior Videographer, you will be responsible for filming 1–2 half-day shoots per week in our office for our new podcast series. You will operate and maintain our video equipment, and occasionally travel for on-site shoots unrelated to the podcast. This role requires technical knowledge, creative thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate professional video equipment for in-office podcast productions
Coordinate and set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for each shoot
Ensure high-quality footage for both live and recorded content
Collaborate with hosts, producers, and the post-production team
Handle routine equipment checks and maintenance
Travel to external locations for shoots as needed (outside of podcasts)
Assist with basic video editing and asset management as required
Qualifications:
Some experience in videography, studio production, or a related field
Familiarity with video cameras, lighting, and audio setups
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel with equipment for off-site shoots
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Basic experience with video editing software is a plus
