We offer uncapped commissions of $125 per sale ++ Weekly bonuses of $250-$500 AND Monthly bonuses of $500-$1500 based on production and kwh sales.

What you could earn after commissions and bonuses:

  • 8 sales a week = $71,500 a year or $1,375 average per week

  • 12 sales a week = $109,500 a year or $2,105 average per week

  • 16 sales a week = $148,000 a year or $2,800 average per week

  • 20+ sales a week = $174,00+ a year or $3,350+ average per week

What You�ll Do:

  • Complete a briefing that will provide an overview of your contract responsibilities

  • Knock doors and speak directly with residents

  • Explain the benefits of local community solar projects

  • Enroll qualified households in guaranteed-savings programs

  • Close deals and get PAID!

What You Bring:

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to break down complex technical concepts into relatable terms

  • A self-starter with a high energy level and a drive to achieve targets

  • Able to manage your own work as an independent contractor

  • Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver�s license

  • The ability to reliably travel independently within the community is critical to meeting contract goals
