Job Description:

The Voice Transition SME will focus on integrating and securing voice systems during BNATCS program transition. This role ensures all voice communications platforms—secure, IP-based, and legacy—are fully functional and ready to support program operations from Day 1. This position is hybrid and based on customer needs, the successful candidate should expect frequent, and at times short-notice, on-site requirements at FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. For this reason, only those located within a 100-mile radius of FAA Headquarters will be considered

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop transition strategies for secure and non-secure voice systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with voice infrastructure integration.

• Provide subject matter expertise on VoIP, secure telephony, and interoperability issues.

• Work with IT and security teams to validate voice system compliance and readiness.

• Support leadership with recommendations on voice capabilities and improvements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 7–10 years of experience in voice system implementation and transition.

• Technical expertise in VoIP, secure telephony, and communication protocols.

• Familiarity with encryption standards and secure voice technologies.

• Experience integrating voice systems across large, complex environments

Salary Range: $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
