This role can be remote with travel as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Owner of Field Construction Quality
Field Construction Quality Director leads all quality assurance and control activities for construction and facility-related scopes under the BNATCS program, ensuring compliance with FAA, ISO, and USACE standards across field sites nationwide
This role oversees field inspections, subcontractor QA compliance, and construction turnover readiness to support seamless integration of systems infrastructure with exceptional performance delivery.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree and 15+ years of experience
At least 10 years in field construction quality oversight on large-scale programs
Field QA/QC leadership on federal infrastructure, aviation, or defense projects
Oversight of subcontractors and trades across civil, structural, MEP, and facility scopes
Familiarity with FAA, USACE, GSA, or similar agency construction quality standards
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), USACE Construction Quality Mgmt (CQM-C), or equivalent
OSHA 30 or FAA-compliant safety training
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and FAA Orders (e.g., 8040.C, 1370.121)
Proficiency in QA tools like Procore, BIM 360, or equivalent
Strong communication, audit, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel extensively across FAA regions
