The Opportunity
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an FAA Testing Administrator. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of FAA testing procedures while providing critical support to the Flight Data and Certification team.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow proper PSI procedures for candidate check-in and check-out
Prepare testing stations and cameras for exam sessions
Maintain and organize testing books and supplies
Monitor students during testing sessions, including routine walk-throughs
Photocopy, scan, and file original FAA knowledge test results
Monitor and manage the FAA testing schedule submitted by PSI
Maintain current proctor certification with PSI
Pass an annual Proctor Qualifying Exam to remain a Certified PSI Testing Center Administrator
Provide statistical testing data to the Flight Records Supervisor and Chairman of Flight Training
Create and organize new student files
Assist with Orientation check-in
Photocopy and organize TSA and FAA documentation
Prepare student files for FAA audits
Identify and pull expired student files
File documents and scan/upload records to the imaging system
Provide general administrative support to the Flight Records and Certification Office

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
0–1 years of related work experience
Skills & Abilities:
Basic composition and math skills
Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with confidential and regulated documents
Able to maintain focus and professionalism in a testing environment
Certifications:
Must pass and maintain certification through the FAA Proctor Qualifying Exam
Will be required to maintain proctor status with PSI
Other:
Must reside in Prescott, AZ or surrounding areas
Ability to work on-site as required by the testing and records schedule
