We are seeking driven, competitive, and hard-working individuals to join our Sales Team. As an Entry Level Solar Sales Consultant, you will learn how to communicate effectively, build confidence, and generate sales through door-to-door outreach.
This role provides professional training and leadership development. No experience is required — only a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn. Duties
- Engage with homeowners through warm, confident door-to-door interactions
- Learn and deliver an effective sales pitch with clarity and professionalism
- Set appointments and educate homeowners on solar benefits
- Participate in daily and weekly training sessions to develop sales skills
- Compete in team competitions designed to boost performance and earning potential
- Uphold professionalism and respect while interacting in the community
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills or willingness to improve them
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
- No experience necessary — full training provided
