This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Dream Destination Designer in Florida (USA).

In this role, you will craft personalized travel experiences that turn clients’ dream vacations into reality. Working remotely, you will design itineraries for individuals, couples, families, and groups, coordinating flights, accommodations, cruises, and excursions. You will leverage access to world-class travel suppliers, training, and certification programs to deliver exceptional experiences while staying informed on trends and promotions. This position combines creativity, customer service, and travel planning expertise, giving you the opportunity to work independently, manage client relationships, and make a tangible impact in people’s lives. No prior travel experience is required, making it ideal for motivated individuals passionate about exploring the world and helping others do the same.

Accountabilities

  • Design and coordinate travel experiences for a variety of clients, from solo travelers to large groups.
  • Research and book flights, resorts, cruises, excursions, and other travel services using approved suppliers.
  • Customize itineraries to meet clients’ preferences, budgets, and special requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trending destinations, promotions, and travel guidelines.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through virtual consultations and ongoing communication.
  • Utilize provided platforms and tools to manage bookings, schedules, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in virtual trainings, mentorship sessions, and supplier events to enhance skills and industry knowledge.



Requirements
  • 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual, remote setting.
  • Basic technical proficiency (email, Zoom, booking platforms) with training provided.
  • Willingness to complete industry-recognized certification and ongoing professional development.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
