We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Destination Sales Coordinator to join our travel sales team. This role focuses on supporting the sales and marketing efforts related to destination promotion, assisting clients with inquiries, coordinating bookings, and fostering strong relationships with local vendors and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an organized approach, and a passion for promoting travel destinations through exceptional client service.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients and travel agents with destination-related bookings, modifications, and cancellations following company policies.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destination options, packages, events, and travel services.
Coordinate with local hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support sales initiatives by preparing presentations, promotional materials, and client proposals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction data.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to track lead progress and ensure follow-up actions.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues quickly to maintain a positive client experience.
Follow company guidelines and comply with travel regulations and industry standards.
Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or travel-related roles is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and booking platforms.
