Quality Staffing, Inc., also doing business as Goddard Mason Executive Search, a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area's top companies, is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst/Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst to work through our agency as a contract employee with the Tennessee Department of Health (TN DOH) located in Nashville, TN. This is an on-site position working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $27.00 per hour.
Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst Job Overview:
The Tennessee Department of Health is seeking a detail-oriented Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst to lead the identification, documentation, and integrity assessment of data fields within the LARS application. This role requires strong SQL, Excel, and data mining expertise to ensure consistent, reliable data usage across multiple deliverables, including extracts, correspondence, certificates, and API data feeds. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and document findings to ensure data accuracy and best practices.
Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst Key Job Responsibilities will include:
Field Identification & Documentation:
- Identify and document all existing fields in the LARS application and analyze their usage across various deliverables.
Data Mapping:
- Develop a comprehensive field map, detailing data types, relationships, dependencies, and usage guidelines.
Data Integrity Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure data consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage HRB members, OGC/OIV staff, Pharmacy staff, EMS staff, and other end-users to understand field usage and resolve any existing data issues.
Documentation Creation:
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including mapping reports, data integrity guidelines, and maintenance instructions.
Project Management:
- Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables align with the overall project objectives.
Education Requirements for Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst position:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent SQL/Data mapping experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
