- Ensure consistent brand quality and visual style across all photography assets.
- Capture live events, meetings, conferences, and advisor programs both locally and during travel.
- Photograph candid and posed moments for marketing materials, social media, and websites.
- Coordinate pre-shoot logistics, communicate with office contacts, and plan all equipment needs.
- Direct subjects confidently and professionally to capture natural, authentic images.
- Edit and retouch photos to a polished, professional standard with attention to lighting, color, and branding.
- Organize, tag, and archive all photo files for internal access and future use.
- Work independently while collaborating with the marketing team, designers, and videographers to align photography with broader creative campaigns.
- Deliver edited images promptly for campaign use.
The duties and responsibilities described in the above job description are not a comprehensive list. Additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the position may change as necessitated by company demands and/or industry standards.
