Job Summary:
The Client Care Coordinator is the first face and voice of the Spa. Must go above and beyond in customer service, outgoing, and a passion for aesthetics.
Duties include greeting clients and guests, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, creating invoices, handling cash and payments, inventory product, balancing till at the end of the day. Knowledgeable and comfortable with retail sales. Support core staff and assist in technician schedules and appointments.

Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
Experience:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
