Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

We'll provide you with a work vehicle, uniforms, an iPad, an iPhone, and PPE. You'll be paid for drive time and receive an annual allowance for tools and boots.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR AERIAL TECHNICIAN

This role requires problem-solving skills and a general mechanical aptitude, as you'll be inspecting customers' equipment to figure out what's wrong and do what you can to fix the problem. You'll speak with customers about their concerns, diagnose the root cause of issues, and perform accurate repairs and maintenance. As you work, you'll follow all safety procedures and manage your time efficiently. You'll test the equipment when you're done, ensure safety decals are visible, and check that manuals are available. You'll keep clients' equipment running well and compliant with industry regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to service locations throughout Berks County
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or technical automotive degree (or a similar field)
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience servicing mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems

It's not required, but experience servicing diesel and gas engines in construction, automotive, or industrial equipment would be preferred. We're also looking for candidates with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving experience as well as experience working independently.
