Aerial Laborer

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform general construction labor, including rope pulling, ladder climbing, manual digging, cable handling, and site clean-up
• Stock and load trucks with necessary materials and equipment for daily job assignments
• Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute daily work tasks
• Assist with traffic control and maintain safe work zones
• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Accurately complete required documentation, including production reports and material tracking
• Reconcile issued materials and parts daily to ensure accurate usage
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including trucks and job sites
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing work
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed
• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the duration of the shift

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in general construction or outdoor labor preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and perform manual labor tasks
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
• Strong awareness of safety practices, including traffic control
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills when interacting with coworkers and the public
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Physical capability to climb, lift, bend, crawl, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
